Residence Inn Boston Foxborough partnered with LRP Recycling to responsibly remove and recycle 15 queen mattress sets and 10 king mattress sets as part of a room upgrade project. This initiative demonstrates the hotel’s continued commitment to sustainable hospitality and waste reduction while maintaining the comfort and quality expected from the Marriott brand.
By working with LRP Recycling, the property diverted reusable materials from landfills, conserving resources and supporting Marriott’s global sustainability goals.
Environmental Impact:
5,470 pounds of material diverted from landfills
50,000 gallons of water conserved
300 days of household energy preserved
400 tanks of gas saved
