Embassy Suites Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center partnered with LRP Recycling to complete a large-scale sustainability initiative involving the removal and recycling of 198 king mattress sets. As part of a comprehensive room refresh, this project reflects the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort while prioritizing responsible environmental practices.
Through LRP Recycling’s specialized commercial recycling program, each mattress set was processed to recover valuable materials and divert waste from landfills. This effort supports Hilton’s broader sustainability goals and reduces the environmental footprint of property upgrades.
Environmental Impact:
43,164 pounds of material diverted from landfills
198,000 gallons of water conserved
1,188 days of household energy preserved
1,584 tanks of gas saved
