Courtyard by Marriott Somerset, New Jersey partnered with LRP Recycling for a large-scale project involving the removal and recycling of 110 queen mattresses, 20 queen box springs, 107 king mattresses, and 52 king box springs. This initiative reflects the hotel’s dedication to sustainability and its commitment to eco-conscious upgrades.

The project not only modernized guest accommodations but also diverted significant waste from landfills, delivering measurable environmental benefits.

Environmental Impact:

• 36,312 pounds of material diverted from landfills

• 289,000 gallons of water conserved

• 1,734 days of household energy preserved

• 2,312 tanks of gas saved
