Knights Inn North Attleboro Enhances Sustainability with Mattress Recycling

Knights Inn North Attleboro partnered with LRP Recycling to responsibly remove and recycle 20 queen mattresses and 14 king mattresses as part of a property improvement initiative. This project reflects the hotel’s commitment to maintaining guest comfort while implementing environmentally responsible practices.
Through LRP Recycling’s commercial mattress recycling program, valuable materials such as steel, foam, and textiles were recovered and diverted from landfills. By choosing certified recycling over disposal, the property reduced environmental impact and supported sustainable hospitality operations in Massachusetts.

34,000 gallons of water conserved
204 days of household energy preserved
272 tanks of gas saved
