LRP Recycling is a Commercial Mattress and Furniture Recycling company whose primary objective is to prevent mattresses and furniture from being dumped into landfills. We partner with Schools, Hotels, Municipalities and the Military nationwide to recycle their mattresses and furniture.
Millions of mattresses and pieces of furniture are landfilled every year. Due to the limited capacity of the landfills, fees to take in mattresses and furniture are high and some landfills are even refusing to take these items at all.
Disposing at landfills is getting increasingly expensive, and in many cases, no longer allowed. Due to stricter regulations, space constraints, and decisions to ban mattresses from many landfills, disposal is turning into a less attractive approach while recycling is the smart and viable solution.
Mattress and Furniture Recycling has proven to be less costly than paying a tipping fee to the local landfill. LRP Recycling will provide all the logistics necessary in removing and hauling these mattresses and furniture pieces to one of our processing centers where it will go through the recycling process.
Once the mattresses and furniture are removed from your facility and recycled, your organization will receive a Certificate of Total Recycling that you can proudly display. The certificate documents the weights and process types used to recycle the items and confirms that nothing from your facility has ended up in a landfill.

WHO DO WE RECYCLE WITH?
HOW TO GET STARTED
LRP Recycling will take care of all of the logistics in handling, recycling and transporting your mattresses and furniture. We will tailor the logistics around your needs and operations.
Schedule
We prepare a detailed project proposal and budget. The proposal spells out the exact scope of the project and responsibilities of all parties. We reconfirm start date and time, project duration, and logistics details. We schedule the trailers and carefully estimate the number of trailers needed for the job in order to minimize costs.
Pickup
Mattresses and furniture must be kept in a dry staging area. LRP Recycling will come with an empty trailer and the mattresses and furniture will be loaded into the trailer. LRP Recycling can provide labor for loading and removal upon request.
Recycle
The mattresses and furniture will be hauled to one of our processing centers. During this procedure we will look for reusable or donatable items. The rest of the items will be sorted and recycled. Your organization will receive a Certificate of Total Recycling documenting the weights and process types used to recycle your mattresses and furniture once the project is complete.
